Participant Waiver & Release
All participants must complete a waiver before participating in an Escape Joplin experience. This waiver confirms understanding of the activity, safety rules, and release of liability.
Completing the waiver in advance helps ensure a smooth check-in on game day.
Important Information Before You Sign
- Each adult participant must sign their own waiver
- A parent or legal guardian may sign for their own child
- You may not sign for another adult
- You may not sign for someone else’s child
- Waivers are required for every participant, regardless of age
- Waivers are required for every visit
- Waivers may be completed in advance or on arrival
If a participant arrives without a completed waiver, they will be required to complete one before the game begins.
